The Rogers | September 2015 | San Antonio Family Photography
My brother-in-law and his family are expecting their second child next month, and before the arrival of their baby girl, they wanted to do a family photo session, so we did got together a couple of weekends ago for a session. The light was beautiful, but unfortunately, it was still VERY hot. Silly Texas. When will you learn? September means fall. Speaking of, today is the first day of fall! I wish I could celebrate with all things scarves, cozy long sleeves, and boots, but I think I’ll need to stick to my shorts and sleeveless tops for now.
Ahem. I get off track when I blog. A lot.
The photos turned out beautifully, and I love the colors they choose for their wardrobe. They looked great amongst the red brick and metals of The Pearl. I am also extremely glad that we got the shot in front of the vats (is that what they’re called?) behind Il Sogno, because I went by again this past Sunday and noticed that they are in the middle of painting them all the darkest gray color from the photo below. How drab! That would have been so disappointing if we had gone there last weekend for a session and the vats were half painted.
